The Artisan team just got home after a successful & fun evening hosting a canape function for over a 100 guests in Lake Hayes serving tasty morsels using our innovative methods such as rock salt skewers, agar jellies, micro salads, isomalt crisps, foams, crispy wonton bases & powders.

Our menus are ever evolving with todays times keeping us at the forefront of the catering industry in New Zealand. Our team of chefs love the challenge of meeting clients requests or searching for the next concept whether it be the ingredients or what the food is presented on.
