Congratulations Mr & Mrs Austin!

The Artisan team have just finished a hugely successful Easter weekend catering for Georgie & Will and their 136 guests who came all the way over from Melbourne to celebrate their marriage with snow capped mountains....needless to say we had plenty of heating in the marquee!

French Champagne & canapes were served at Trelawn with the ceremony overlooking the Shotover River, soon after the entourage headed 300m to Canyons Lodge for the main event of slow braised pork belly with crispy skin, Cardrona Valley lamb and Aoraki salmon, a trio dessert served at the guests tables and a cheese station set up soon after, later in the night gourmet pizzas were served.
