Hi all,

Its been a busy past few months providing our personal chef service for various Queenstown visitors over the world cup period. Last night was spent at Riverview Homestead which started with our complimentary molecular gastronomy amuse bouche of Artisan smoked salmon, avocado mousse, wasabi dust, micro herbs + bruschetta.

'Amuse bouche' is a French term translated to mouth-amuser which is basically a little tingler for the taste buds to start the meal. The avocado mousse is charged with nitrous oxide which gives the mousse an amazing light texture. We're constantly experimenting and evolving these. Watch for these at your up coming wedding with us!
