Queenstown catering wedding season wraps upWed, 25 April 2012

Artisan wraps up its 2012 wedding season last week. Congratulations to Rosanne and Ben who wed at Peregrine Winery with over 100 friends and family, finishing the night with petit fours of raspberry tiramisu w shaved white chocolate and dark chocolate mousse tartlets w strawberry dust YUM!!

Debbie and I would also like to give a HUGE thanks to our amazing team thats always there with their eagerness, positive attitudes and big smiles, see you all at ours this Sunday :)

We've got lots on for the rest of the year before wedding season restarts again, the mountain resorts and Queenstown winter festival will both be here before we know it. Spots next summer are filling up really fast, days are getting booked every week at the moment so call now to discuss your next event with Artisan.

Last year Carey and Matt approached us to cater for their wedding, Carey has recently left Touch of Spice as there wedding planner (no pressure!) and Matt heads the shearing team on a farm in Winton so it was truely a mix of the two - amazing theming and perfectly executed combined with generous donations from their families towards the catering including 1 cattle, 10kg venison, 7 lambs and 5kg of whitebait!!

Our mission - to cook it all perfectly!! This is what they said -

Dear John and Debbie,

Thank you so much for such an amazing wedding, the guests are still raving about the food.  You both just put so much extra hard work in for us and went above and beyond.  You have really hit your stride in Queenstown and we wish you many years of success.
