The Gibbston Food and Wine Festival is on next weekend Saturday 15th March in the Queenstown Gardens. I'll be doing a cooking demo of my signature dessert 'Deconstructed Lemon and Raspberry Cheesecake' which involves lots of interesting techniques. The last piece of the dish is frozen at -196 degrees with liquid nitrogen. Come check it out 11am in the demo marquee.

Afterwards Debbie and I will be at our stall selling some fun festival food alongside some great wines to sample from the Gibbston Valley.
